Our team will create a customized order with zero shipping charges, allowing you to provide your own label for shipping.

    •    Ensure that your shipping label includes the correct delivery address provided during your order confirmation.
    •    Pictomic is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or errors caused by third-party shipping providers when using your own label.

Shipping Policy for Returns

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. Customers must arrange and pay for shipping to the address provided by our support team when initiating a return.
